The rotary burner of the ROTARY PELL COMPACT boiler is made of a new generation high-chrome alloy that better resists extreme temperatures and thermal corrosion. The sophisticated design of the burner, designed for continuous operation without weak points of bends and welds, ensures a significantly longer life and trouble-free operation of the entire pellet boiler.
Safety is always our first priority. The combustion chamber of the RPC boiler operates under constant vacuum, which prevents the fuel from burning through into the tank. This mechanism is further insured by a safety temperature sensor system with a clamp and weight. In the event of a fire, this closes the pellet supply with a flap and prevents the possible spread of fire into the fuel tank.
Imagine an entire boiler room of 0.6 m2. The compact dimensions of the ROTARY PELL COMPACT boiler save not only your finances but also your living space. The boiler can be combined with an integrated fuel tank with a capacity of 150 to 230 litres, which is placed directly above the boiler. You do not have to worry about the lack of space.

The most advanced pellet combustion control without loss of efficiency. The RPC boiler uses two integrated speed-controlled fans that precisely dispense air and fuel. As a result, the boiler maintains a stable efficiency throughout the heating season, significantly reducing operating costs.
Get the most out of pellets. The directional burner blades ensure ideal airflow, which allows the pellet boiler to reach an efficiency of up to 95%. The RPC model thus meets the highest emission class 5 and at the same time protects the metal components from excessive wear and tear. The result is reliable operation, long service life with maximum fuel efficiency.
Don’t waste pellets for nothing. The RPC hybrid boiler system with Hall sensor perfectly synchronises the operation of the feeder, fan and control unit. This results in precise fuel and air dosing. The result is maximum combustion efficiency, lower consumption and significant savings in pellets.
BLAZE HARMONY pellet boilers are designed to require minimum user intervention. Thanks to automatic cleaning systems and easily accessible components, regular inspection and refuelling is all that is required. The result is reliable operation, long life and more time for you instead of worrying about the boiler.
Řídicí jednotka ecoMAX přináší pohodlné ovládání kotle prostřednictvím intuitivního dotykového displeje. Díky ní lze regulovat výkon v rozsahu 30–100 % bez ztráty účinnosti či kvality spalování. Inovativní technologie kotlů BLAZE HARMONY zajišťuje, že i při snížení výkonu ze 100 % na 50 % zůstává spalování stejně efektivní – pouze probíhá po dvojnásobně dlouhou dobu. Regulátor současně dohlíží na maximální teplotu vody a chrání systém před přetápěním.
Automatická řídicí jednotka umožňuje provozovat kotel na nižších výkonech (důležité zejména v přechodném období) a instalovat menší akumulační nádrž, což vede k výrazné úspoře financí i prostoru.
Regulátor také vyhodnocuje hodnoty O₂ naměřené lambda sondou a na jejich základě řídí přívod spalovacího vzduchu tak, aby udržel nastavenou hodnotu zbytkového O₂ a zároveň zajistil co nejkvalitnější spalování s nižší spotřebou paliva.
Řídicí jednotku ecoMAX 960D lze rozšířit o modul P, který rozšiřuje možnosti ovládání vytápění. Tento modul umožňuje nejen řízení spalování pelet, ale také správu solární instalace, ohřev akumulačních nádrží a regulaci přívodu vzduchu do kotelny. Díky těmto funkcím je modul vhodný i pro kotle na dřevo, u nichž lze takto přidat pokročilé funkce a rozšířit jejich možnosti.
